A circuit class consisting of 5 x 5 minute rounds of Combat based exercises that change every 1 minute. The goal is non-stop movement throughout the round with a 1 minute rest between rounds.

Exercises involve variations of punching, kicking and compound movements that fighters typically use when they compete and train. Basic movements can be used for beginners and scaled up to suit more experienced athletes and fighters.

All the exercises are done at a fast pace and you will be able to choose the equipment that suits your fitness level. We focus on explosive movements with high repetition to burn calories and improve power.

Fighters are the fittest and leanest athletes on the planet. Train like a fighter, look like a fighter!
