Time Table
Please note that if Trainers become sick we will do our best to get a replacement but due to strict hygiene restrictions we will have to cancel classes if a trainer is unavailable. Please be understanding.
Everyone is required to bring there own gloves for striking classes.
Fundamentals
"Beginner classes"
These classes are open to all students but are perfect for beginners wanting to learn the basic body mechanics for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on basic moves and controlled techniques.
Boxing/Kickboxing
Not just a fitness class, learn how to strike from experienced trainers who have actually fought in the ring. Class consists of building the skills with drills and combos.
All Levels
These classes are open to beginner and advanced students. Experienced students will have the opportunity for rolling (sparring).
Combat Circuit
5, 5 minute rounds like a pro MMA title fight of combat based exercises changing every 1 minute for the ultimate full body workout. This is the best circuit workout to get toned and fit.
Advanced Rolling
Open Rolling for advanced students blue belt and above.
Mixed Martial Arts
Fundamentals - Focuses on basic introduction techniques for MMA. Perfect for anyone who wants to start learning how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Striking is used in Mixed Martial Arts.
